Led the UX strategy and design system implementation to consolidate fragmented B2B workflows into a coherent platform experience, improving usability, consistency, and long-term scalability across ordering and re-ordering processes.

Designed and structured a multi-brand design system with scalable components, foundations, and governance principles. The initiative clarified ownership and standardization needs, shaping how teams collaborate and build consistent interfaces at scale.

Contributed to the transition from legacy CMS/DAM tooling to a modern composable stack, enabling faster publishing workflows, better performance, and improved long-term maintainability across digital platforms. Internal POCs showed up to ~60% publishing time reduction for editorial content.
